Covering Letter
Original passport that is valid for 6 months from the date of return. It should contain 2 blank pages. Notarised copy of all pages of current passport i.e. bio data page, alterations page & back page should be attached. Old passports, if any, to be enclosed too.
1 photographs with white background. It should have 70% face view and should be 35mm x 45mm in size with glossy/matt finish.
covering letter from the applicant mentioning their name, passport no., purpose of visit, duration of stay and details about who will fund the trip. For self-employed/businessmen, the letter should be on plain paper and for employed individuals it should be on company’s letterhead. The letter should be addressed to ‘The Visa Officer, Australian High Commission, New Delhi.

 

Documents for Employed Individuals:

  • Salary slips for the last 3 months
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Income tax returns (ITR-V) or Form 16 for the last 3 years
  • Leave letter from the employer stating the applicant’s name, designation, sanctioned leave dates and their tenure with the organisation.

 

Documents for Self-Employed/Businessmen:

  • Trade License or MOA or Partnership Deed
  • Personal bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Income tax returns for the last 3 years

Filled and signed Visa Application Form.
